Wanted to share some of my experience that may be helpful for those who got issues with carburetor ball valve (saugkugelventil). The symptoms: when you press acceleration fast the engine loses power for half a second before starting to accelerate. This means ball valve got dirty and not closing properly. I didn't manage to solve it with cleaning tools and came up with another solution. Drill 1mm diameter hole from the bottom as it is shown on the picture, then make few hits through that hole with a screw or something that can fit in the hole. This way you will hit the ball and the ball will push the valve cover out. Now you have the valve opened and can clean it properly and close after. There is no need to close the drilled hole - it will be covered with the seal after you assemble carburetor back.

Ich wollte etwas von meiner Erfahrung mitteilen, die hilfreich sein kann für diejenigen, die Probleme mit dem Vergaser Kugelventil (Saug-Kugelventil) haben. Die Symptome: Wenn Sie stark Beschleunigen, also das Gaspedal voll drücken und der Motor dann erst eine halbe Sekunde Leistung verliert, um dann zu beschleunigen. Dies bedeutet, das Kugelventil ist schmutzig und kann nicht oder nicht schnell genug schließen. Ich schaffte es nicht, die Verschmutzung mit Reinigungs-Werkzeugen zu lösen und kam mit einer anderen Lösung: Bohre ein Loch (Drill a Hole) mit einem Durchmesser von 1 mm von der Unterseite, wie es auf dem Bild angezeigt wird, dann durch dieses Loch mit einer Schraube oder etwas, das in das Loch passt auf die Kugel schlagen und die Kugel drückt den Verschluss-Stopfen aus dem Kanal heraus. Jetzt haben Sie das Ventil geöffnet und können es richtig reinigen und später wieder verschliessen. Es besteht keine Notwendigkeit, um das Bohrloch zu schließen - es wird mit der Dichtung abgedeckt werden, nachdem Sie den Vergaser wieder zusammenbauen.
